Termiprotec nanotechnology and properties
At Termiprotec we use ecological raw materials with ecological methods. Rice hull ash based silicate is used to produce premium quality aerogels.
Aerogels are state-of-the-art materials based on nanotechnology. It contains nanometer-sized bubbles which makes it an excellent insulation material.
It is resistant to UV rays and is intrinsically waterproof, so once applied, it does not require any kind of coating to prevent the entry of moisture that could modify its insulating characteristics.
Airgel was first used to capture interstellar dust particles from Comet Wild 2 by the Stardust mission, an interplanetary US space probe launched by NASA.
Aerogels are such good thermal insulators that they are used to insulate spacecraft.
Termiprotec in humidity control
A typical home produces several liters of water vapor in the course of a day, unless the rooms are well ventilated. However, ventilating rooms can be difficult, especially in winter. If it is not possible to comply with a correct ventilation regime, condensation in houses can cause damp surfaces, and consequently, the growth of mold, fungi, spores and bacteria.
It's a common problem for many, but condensation and associated mold growth can cause all sorts of problems for building owners and occupants, including rotting material, musty or musty odors, and potentially exacerbating air conditioning problems. Health.
The solution? The Termiprotec Interior line has been developed, in addition to its thermal effect, to reduce condensation and the growth of toxic mold on interior walls and ceilings.
Insulation of walls and ceilings of lower cost.
Reduces heat loss in the room, improving energy efficiency and saving heating costs.
Easy application with brush or roller.
The technology has a thermal effect that makes the painted surface warmer to the touch.
Removes toxic mold from damp areas and prevents paint bubbles, fading, staining, and peeling wallpaper.
